2023 Year In Review

With the excitement of a New Year comes the opportunity to reflect on milestones from 2023. Setting the tone for the exciting year to come, Helix officially became a majority women-owned company at the beginning of 2023 under the leadership of President Erika Moody, FIIDA; Director of Interior Design Alissa Wehmueller, IIDA, LEED AP, WELL AP; and Director of Architecture Doug Stockman, AIA. 

Building on this momentum, we announced that Helix has opened an office in Denver. The opportunity to expand to Denver was borne out of ongoing partnerships with current clients who have commissioned Helix for projects in Denver and further west. 

Interspersed throughout the year were numerous other opportunities to celebrate the impact of our work. Take a look at some more highlights below.

With each project, we do not settle for what is expected. We look beyond to see what will set our clients and our projects apart. Work that we completed in 2023 highlights our creative, yet calculated process.

There is a constant flow of innovation and curiosity happening at Helix. In each of our markets, our integrated team of architects and interior designers relentlessly explore and iterate to design environments for users to live, work, learn, and play. 

This past year cemented Helix as a long-standing and forward-thinking practice that elevates design. We enjoy the opportunity to celebrate when our work garners recognition, but we know that we couldn’t have achieved these incredible successes without our determined team, remarkable partners, and visionary clients.
